Halloween Oreo Layered Brownies (Print Version)
Ingredients:

1 Brownie Mix.

2 eggs.

1/3 cup oil.
04 -
1/3 cup milk.
05 -
1 Package of Oreos (with orange filling).
06 -
1 can of Milk chocolate frosting.

1 can of White or Vanilla frosting.

Orange food coloring gel.
Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line a 9x9 inch pan with parchment paper.

In a stand mixer, combine the Brownie mix, eggs, oil, and milk. Mix on medium speed with the whisk attachment until smooth.

Pour the Brownie batter into the prepared pan.

Place Oreo cookies on top of the Brownie batter, covering the surface.

Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean from the center.

Allow the brownies to cool completely.

While cooling, prepare the frosting by mixing the orange filling of about 10 Oreos into the White or Vanilla frosting, along with 1 teaspoon of Orange food coloring gel. Mix until fully combined and adjust color as needed.

Once the brownies are cooled, spread the Orange frosting over the brownies and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Remove from the refrigerator and frost the top with the Milk chocolate frosting. Crumble the remaining Oreos on top.

Cut into 3x2-inch squares and serve immediately.

These brownies can be made a day in advance and stored in an airtight container.
