Chicken Bacon Ranch Stuffed Bread (Print Version)

Ingredients:

01 - 1 loaf (16-inch) Italian bread.
02 - 1 tablespoon butter, melted.
03 - 8 ounces chive onion cream cheese, softened.
04 - 1 cup ranch dressing.
05 - 1 1/2 teaspoons garlic salt.
06 - 1 teaspoon onion powder.
07 - 3 cups rotisserie chicken, chopped.
08 - 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled.
09 - 3 green onions, chopped.
10 - 3 cups Colby-Jack cheese, divided.

Instructions:

01 - Heat oven to 350°F.
02 - Beat cream cheese, ranch, seasonings with mixer. Mix in chicken, bacon, onions by hand. Add 1 cup cheese.
03 - Cut lengthwise. Remove some center bread. Put 1 cup cheese on bottom. Spread filling end to end. Add last cup cheese. Press top on. Brush all sides with butter.
04 - Wrap in foil. Bake 30-40 minutes. Uncover last 5 minutes. Rest 5 minutes. Slice into 1-inch pieces.

Notes:

01 - Use fat, fluffy bread at least 16 inches long.
02 - Mixer needed for smooth filling.
03 - Can use any cooked chicken.
04 - Serves well for parties or game day.
