Chimichurri Sauce (Print Version)

Ingredients:

01 - ⅓ cup extra-virgin olive oil.
02 - 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar.
03 - 1 garlic clove, minced.
04 - ½ teaspoon sea salt.
05 - ¼ teaspoon dried oregano.
06 - ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes.
07 - ¼ teaspoon smoked paprika.
08 - ½ cup finely chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley.

Instructions:

01 - In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, vinegar, garlic, salt, oregano, red pepper flakes, and smoked paprika.
02 - Stir in the finely chopped parsley.
03 - Alternatively, you can combine the ingredients in a mortar and pestle or pulse a few times in a food processor.
04 - Season to taste and serve as a sauce over roasted or grilled vegetables.
