Chocolate Cake Mix Christmas Cookies (Print Version)

Ingredients:

01 - 1 box (15.25 oz) chocolate cake mix.
02 - 1/3 cup vegetable oil.
03 - 1 teaspoon vanilla.
04 - 2 large eggs.
05 - 1 cup M&Ms.
06 - Peppermint bark squares (optional).
07 - Chocolate chips (optional).
08 - Toffee bits (optional).
09 - Crushed candy canes (optional).
10 - Chopped pecans (optional).

Instructions:

01 - Heat oven to 350°F.
02 - Mix dry cake mix (unprepared). Add oil, vanilla, eggs. Mix until thick. Fold in M&Ms.
03 - Roll 1-inch balls. Place on ungreased sheet.
04 - Bake 9-11 minutes. Cool 2-3 minutes on sheet. Move to rack to finish cooling.

Notes:

01 - Use any chocolate cake mix. Can swap M&Ms for other mix-ins. Dough keeps in fridge 3 days. Makes about 24 cookies.
