Gumdrop Fudge (Print Version)
Ingredients:

4 cups white chocolate chips.

1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk.

1 ½ teaspoons vanilla extract.

1 ½ cups chopped red and green gumdrops (Dots candy).
Instructions:

Line a 9x9-inch square pan with foil or parchment paper and set aside.

In a medium saucepan over medium-low heat, combine the white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla extract. Stir constantly until melted and smooth, making sure not to overheat the chocolate.

Remove the pot from the heat and stir in the chopped gumdrops.

Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared pan and smooth it into an even layer.

Chill the fudge in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or overnight until fully set.

Once set, remove the fudge from the pan, cut it into bite-sized pieces, and serve.
Notes:

Do not overcook the chocolate as it may cause discoloration or change the texture.
