Sugar Cookie Christmas Fudge (Print Version)

Ingredients:

01 - 1 14-ounce can sweetened condensed milk.
02 - 2 ½ cups white chocolate chips.
03 - 1 ¼ cup sugar cookie mix (heat-treated, as recommended).
04 - 2 Tablespoons butter.
05 - Christmas sprinkles or sprinkles of your choice.

Instructions:

01 - Prepare a 9x9 baking dish with parchment paper and a thin layer of non-stick spray. Set aside.
02 - In a large pot over medium heat, add sweetened condensed milk and heat, stirring often.
03 - Once the condensed milk is hot, stir in the white chocolate chips, sugar cookie mix, and butter. Continue stirring until everything is melted and smooth.
04 - Remove from heat and stir in a generous amount of Christmas sprinkles.
05 - Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared dish and top with more sprinkles.
06 - Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight until firm. Slice into bite-size pieces and serve.

Notes:

01 - For food safety, it's recommended to heat-treat the sugar cookie mix before using it in this recipe.
