Crispy Air Fryer Baby Potatoes (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 1.5 pounds baby potatoes, washed, dried and halved
02 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
03 - 1 tablespoon garlic powder
04 - 3 tablespoons fresh rosemary (or 3 teaspoons dried)
05 - 1 teaspoon salt
06 - ½ teaspoon paprika
07 - ⅛ teaspoon black pepper

# Instructions:

01 - In a mixing bowl, coat halved potatoes with olive oil, then add garlic powder, rosemary, paprika, salt and pepper. Mix until evenly coated
02 - Spray air fryer basket lightly with oil
03 - Cook at 400°F for 15 minutes, shaking basket halfway through. Test doneness with fork and cook additional 2-minute increments if needed

01 - Can be stored in covered container for up to 7 days in fridge
02 - Great side dish for meat or fish
