Air Fryer Chicken Egg Rolls (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Protein & Vegetables

01 - 2 cups finely chopped chicken breast
02 - 1 cup shredded cabbage
03 - 1/2 cup shredded carrots
04 - 1/2 cup finely diced onion
05 - 2 cloves minced garlic

→ Seasonings

06 - 2 tablespoons soy sauce
07 - 1 teaspoon sesame oil

→ Wrapper

08 - 12 egg roll wrappers

# Instructions:

01 - Cook the finely chopped chicken in a skillet over medium heat until no longer pink.
02 - Add the minced garlic and cook for one more minute until fragrant.
03 - Add the shredded cabbage, carrots, and diced onion. Cook until the vegetables have softened slightly.
04 - Pour in the soy sauce and sesame oil, cooking for 2 additional minutes. Remove from heat and let cool.
05 - Place each wrapper on a clean surface, add 2 tablespoons of filling in the center. Fold the bottom corner over, tuck in sides, and roll tightly. Seal the edges with water.
06 - Heat air fryer to 375°F. Spray the basket with cooking spray.
07 - Place egg rolls in a single layer, spray their tops lightly, and air fry for 10 minutes. Flip halfway through cooking until golden brown.
