Air Fryer Korean Fried Chicken (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Chicken

01 - 1½ pounds chicken wings
02 - 3 tablespoons potato starch or cornstarch
03 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
04 - 1 teaspoon onion powder

→ Sauce

05 - 4 tablespoons soy sauce
06 - 4 tablespoons brown sugar
07 - ½ tablespoon garlic powder
08 - 1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
09 - ¾ teaspoon coarse black pepper
10 - 1 tablespoon water

# Instructions:

01 - Pat chicken wings dry with paper towels
02 - Mix potato starch, garlic powder, and onion powder. Coat wings evenly with mixture
03 - Place wings in single layer in air fryer. Cook at 400°F for 20 minutes, flipping halfway
04 - 3 minutes before wings finish, combine sauce ingredients in pan over medium heat. Simmer until bubbling, stirring frequently
05 - Remove sauce from heat and toss cooked wings until well coated

01 - Can be served as main dish (2 servings) or appetizer (3-4 servings)
