Apple Pie Biscuits Delight (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Biscuits and Filling

01 - 1 can buttermilk biscuits
02 - 1 can apple pie filling, chopped into smaller pieces

→ Cinnamon Sugar Coating

03 - ½ cup butter, melted
04 - ½ cup brown sugar
05 - 1 tablespoon cinnamon
06 - ⅛ teaspoon nutmeg
07 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

→ Icing

08 - ½ cup confectioners’ sugar
09 - 1 tablespoon milk

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish.
02 - Flatten each biscuit slightly and spoon some apple pie filling onto the center. Fold the edges up and pinch them closed.
03 - In a bowl, mix melted butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and vanilla. Dip each biscuit in this mixture and place them in the baking dish.
04 - Bake in the oven for 18-22 minutes or until golden brown.
05 - Whisk together confectioners’ sugar and milk until smooth.
06 - Let the biscuits cool slightly before drizzling them with icing. Serve warm.
