01 - 8 oz cooked pasta
02 - 1 lb ground beef
03 - 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
04 - 1 cup heavy cream
05 - 1/2 cup milk
06 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
07 - 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
08 - 1 tablespoon garlic powder
09 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
10 - Salt, to taste
11 - Pepper, to taste
12 - 1/2 cup chopped green onions

# Instructions:

01 - In a skillet, cook ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat. Set aside. Cook bacon until crispy, then crumble.
02 - In a pot, combine heavy cream, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Simmer over medium heat, then stir in cheddar cheese and Parmesan cheese until melted.
03 - Add cooked pasta and ground beef to the sauce. Stir in crumbled bacon and green onions.
