Baked Burrito Casserole (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Meat

01 - 1 pound ground beef

→ Vegetables

02 - 1 small onion, chopped

→ Seasonings

03 - 1 pack taco seasoning

→ Canned Goods

04 - 1 can refried beans
05 - 1 can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted

→ Dairy

06 - 1/2 cup sour cream
07 - 2 1/2 cups shredded Mexican blend cheese

→ Bread & Bakery

08 - 1 pack large flour tortillas

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175°C).
02 - In a large skillet, cook ground beef and onion until beef is no longer pink; drain excess fat.
03 - Stir in taco seasoning and refried beans; heat through until well combined.
04 - In a separate bowl, blend mushroom soup with sour cream until smooth.
05 - Spread half of the soup mixture in the bottom of a baking dish.
06 - Place a layer of tortillas over the soup mixture, tearing them as needed to fit the dish.
07 - Spread half of the beef mixture over the tortillas and sprinkle with about 1 cup of cheese.
08 - Repeat layers, ending with remaining cheese on top.
09 - Bake for 20 minutes or until cheese is completely melted and bubbly around the edges.

# Notes:

01 - Allow casserole to rest for 5 minutes before serving for easier portioning.
