Old-fashioned Baked Macaroni And Cheese (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 16 oz macaroni.
02 - 1 spoon butter.
03 - 1 stick butter.
04 - 1/2 cup flour.
05 - 4 cups milk.
06 - 1 spoon salt.
07 - 1 spoon paprika.
08 - 1/2 spoon pepper.
09 - 1 spoon hot sauce.
10 - 5 cups shredded cheddar.

# Instructions:

01 - Cook pasta till just soft. Drain, mix with 1 spoon butter. Heat oven to 375°.
02 - Melt stick butter. Mix in flour, cook 2-3 minutes till gold.
03 - Whisk in milk slow. Cook till thick (10 minutes).
04 - Turn heat low. Add spices, hot sauce, 4 cups cheese. Stir till smooth.
05 - Mix sauce with pasta.
06 - Put in baking dish. Top with last cup cheese.
07 - Bake 25-30 minutes. Broil 2-3 minutes if you want brown top.

01 - Grate your own cheese - melts better.
02 - Keeps 4 days in fridge.
03 - Add milk when reheating.
