Baked Rigatoni (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 pound rigatoni pasta.
02 - 1 tablespoon olive oil.
03 - 1 cup chopped yellow onion.
04 - 1 pound ground beef or Italian sausage.
05 - 4 cloves garlic, minced.
06 - 48 ounces marinara sauce.
07 - 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning.
08 - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper.
09 - 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese.
10 - 6 ounces shredded mozzarella.
11 - 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano.
12 - Fresh parsley for serving.

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oven to 375°F. Grease 9x13 baking dish.
02 - Boil rigatoni in salted water to minimum package time. Drain.
03 - Cook onion in oil, add beef and brown. Add garlic, marinara and seasonings. Simmer 10 minutes.
04 - Mix sauce with pasta and some parmesan. Pour into baking dish.
05 - Add mozzarella, remaining parmesan and oregano. Cover with greased foil.
06 - Cook covered 25 minutes, then uncovered 5-10 minutes until bubbly.

01 - Can make ahead and chill.
02 - Freezes up to 3 months.
03 - Keeps 3-4 days in fridge.
