Bang Bang Salmon Bites (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Salmon

01 - 2 pounds salmon filet
02 - 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
03 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
04 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
05 - 1 teaspoon chili powder
06 - 2 teaspoons garlic paste
07 - Garlic salt and pepper to taste

→ Bang Bang Sauce

08 - ¾ cup mayonnaise
09 - ½ cup Thai sweet chili sauce
10 - 1 tablespoon Sriracha
11 - 1 tablespoon soy sauce
12 - 1 teaspoon honey
13 - 1 clove garlic, grated or minced

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 450°F
02 - Pat salmon dry and remove skin. Cut into 1-1.5 inch chunks
03 - Mix mayonnaise with seasonings and garlic paste. Coat salmon chunks with mixture and season with garlic salt and pepper
04 - Place salmon pieces on baking sheet in single layer, 1-2 inches apart
05 - Roast for 10 minutes, then broil 2-3 minutes until golden brown
06 - While salmon cooks, whisk together bang bang sauce ingredients
07 - Drizzle finished salmon with bang bang sauce and serve

# Notes:

01 - Can adjust cooking time for rarer salmon
02 - Can use Greek yogurt or light mayo for healthier version
03 - Can add cajun seasoning for extra flavor
04 - Can adjust spice level with extra Sriracha or red pepper flakes
