01 - Ground beef, 80% lean (1 pound)

05 - Red cabbage (3 cups, shredded)
06 - Corn or flour tortillas (8 pieces)
07 - Ripe avocado (for serving)

10 - Salt to taste
11 - Extra lime wedges (for serving)

# Instructions:

01 - Combine ground beef with lime juice, zest, garlic, red pepper flakes, and salt in a bowl
02 - Heat skillet on high and cook seasoned beef until brown, stirring now and then, about 7 minutes
03 - Mix in shredded cabbage, season with salt, and cook until softened, 2-4 minutes
