Pumpkin Bars (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 cups all-purpose flour.
02 - 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder.
03 - 1 teaspoon baking soda.
04 - 1 teaspoon salt.
05 - 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon.
06 - 2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice.
07 - 1 cup vegetable oil.
08 - 3 large eggs.
09 - 1 cup brown sugar, packed.
10 - 1/3 cup granulated sugar.
11 - 2 tablespoons maple syrup.
12 - 15 ounces pumpkin puree.
13 - 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract.
14 - 8 ounces cream cheese, softened.
15 - 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened.
16 - 3 cups confectioners' sugar.
17 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
18 - 1/4 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice.
19 - 1/8 teaspoon salt.

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oven to 350°F.
02 - Grease 10x15 inch pan or line with parchment.
03 - Combine flour, baking powder and soda, salt, and spices.
04 - Combine oil, eggs, both sugars, maple syrup, pumpkin, and vanilla.
05 - Mix wet and dry ingredients and spread in pan.
06 - Bake 28-35 minutes. Cool completely.
07 - Beat cream cheese and butter. Add sugar, vanilla, spices. Beat until fluffy.
08 - Frost cooled bars. Chill 30 minutes before cutting.

# Notes:

01 - Can substitute half oil with applesauce.
02 - Canned pumpkin works better than homemade.
03 - Keeps 5 days refrigerated with frosting.
04 - Can freeze up to 3 months.
