Biscuit and Gravy Breakfast Pizza (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Gravy

01 - 16 oz breakfast sausage
02 - 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
03 - 2 cups milk
04 - Ground black pepper to taste

→ Pizza Base

05 - 1 pre-baked 12-inch pizza crust
06 - 1 tablespoon olive oil (optional)

→ Toppings

07 - 6 eggs
08 - 1/4 cup milk
09 - 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

# Instructions:

01 - Cook sausage, drain. Add flour, then gradually stir in milk until thickened
02 - Heat oven to 400°F. Brush crust with oil, spread with half the gravy
03 - Scramble eggs with milk until just set
04 - Layer scrambled eggs over gravy, top with cheese
05 - Cook 10-15 minutes until crust is golden and cheese bubbles
