Cook onion 3 minutes till soft.

Add carrots, salt, pepper. Cook 3-4 minutes.

Put in potatoes and broth. Cover and simmer.

Cook 10 minutes. Add broccoli, cook 10 more till soft.

Mix cornstarch and milk. Stir into soup.
