Buffalo Mac (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 8 oz dry macaroni noodles.
02 - 1 1/2 cups shredded chicken.
03 - 3 tablespoons butter.
04 - 3 tablespoons flour.
05 - 2 cups milk.
06 - 4 oz cream cheese.
07 - 1 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese.
08 - 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese.
09 - 1/3 cup sour cream.
10 - 1/2 cup buffalo hot sauce.
11 - 1/2 teaspoon each salt, pepper.
12 - 1/2 teaspoon each garlic powder, onion powder.
13 - 1/2 teaspoon ground mustard.
14 - 1 tablespoon butter (for panko topping).
15 - 1/2 tablespoon olive oil (for panko topping).
16 - 1/2 cup seasoned panko crumbs.

# Instructions:

01 - Grease baking dish, cook pasta al dente, and shred chicken.
02 - Make roux with butter and flour. Add milk and seasonings, then cheeses and sour cream. Stir in buffalo sauce, followed by chicken and pasta.
03 - Heat butter and oil, toast panko until golden, and sprinkle over mac and cheese.
04 - Bake for 15 minutes until bubbly.
