Buffalo Chicken Lasagna (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - Lasagna noodles, cooked al dente (12 ounces).
02 - Rotisserie chicken, shredded (3 1/2 cups).
03 - Ranch seasoning (1 package).
04 - Cream cheese, softened (24 ounces).
05 - Buffalo sauce or hot sauce (1 cup).
06 - Milk (1/2 cup).
07 - Cheddar cheese (2 cups).
08 - Mozzarella cheese (2 cups).

# Instructions:

01 - Combine cream cheese, ranch seasoning, buffalo sauce, milk, and 1 1/2 cups each of cheddar and mozzarella until evenly mixed.
02 - Spread 1/4 cheese mixture in greased 9x13 pan. Layer with pasta noodles, overlapping to cover.
03 - Spread another 1/4 cheese mixture, add half the chicken. Repeat pasta, cheese, chicken layers. Top with remaining noodles and cheese mixture.
04 - Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Cover with foil.
05 - Bake at 375°F for 45 minutes covered, then 10 minutes uncovered until bubbly. Rest 8-10 minutes before serving.

02 - Optional toppings: ranch, green onions, blue cheese.
