Combine cream cheese, ranch seasoning, buffalo sauce, milk, and 1 1/2 cups each of cheddar and mozzarella until evenly mixed.

Spread 1/4 cheese mixture in greased 9x13 pan. Layer with pasta noodles, overlapping to cover.

Spread another 1/4 cheese mixture, add half the chicken. Repeat pasta, cheese, chicken layers. Top with remaining noodles and cheese mixture.

Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Cover with foil.

Bake at 375°F for 45 minutes covered, then 10 minutes uncovered until bubbly. Rest 8-10 minutes before serving.
