Remove sausage casings, slice sausage.

Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat.

Brown sausage: Cook 4 minutes one side, flip and cook 2 minutes other side.

Add to skillet: Uncooked gnocchi, heavy cream, chicken stock, bring to boil, cover and cook 5 minutes.

Add and simmer: Butternut squash puree, minced garlic, cook 3+ minutes until thickened.

Stir in half herbs, season with salt and pepper, top with remaining herbs.
