Cabbage Roll Soup (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 spoons oil.
02 - 1 pound ground beef.
03 - Salt and pepper.
04 - 1 yellow onion, cut small.
05 - 2 garlic cloves, tiny cut.
06 - 4 cups cut cabbage.
07 - 2 carrots, sliced.
08 - 4 cups beef broth (low salt).
09 - 3 cans tomato sauce (8 oz each).
10 - 1/2 cup white rice.
11 - 1 bay leaf.
12 - 3 spoons brown sugar.
13 - 2 spoons fresh parsley, cut up.

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oil in big pot. Add beef, salt, pepper. Cook till brown, breaking it up.
02 - Put in onion and garlic. Cook 2-3 minutes till soft.
03 - Add cabbage, carrots, sauce, broth, rice, bay leaf, sugar. Mix well.
04 - Let bubble gentle. Cover and cook 25 minutes till rice is soft.
05 - Take out bay leaf. Sprinkle parsley on top.

# Notes:

01 - Makes enough for 6 people.
02 - Add more salt if you like.
