Cheese Garlic Bread (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 cups all-purpose flour.
02 - 1 tablespoon sugar.
03 - 2 teaspoons garlic powder.
04 - 2 teaspoons baking powder.
05 - 1 teaspoon salt.
06 - 1/2 teaspoon baking soda.
07 - 4 tablespoons butter, melted and cooled.
08 - 1 1/3 cups buttermilk.
09 - 2 large eggs.
10 - 3 cups shredded cheddar cheese.

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oven to 350°F. Grease 9x5 inch loaf pan.
02 - Whisk flour, sugar, garlic powder, baking powder, salt and baking soda. Stir in 2 cups cheese.
03 - Beat melted butter, buttermilk and eggs until well combined.
04 - Fold wet ingredients into dry just until mixed. Pour into pan.
05 - Add remaining cheese on top. Cover with foil and bake 30 minutes, then uncover for 20 more minutes.
06 - Let cool 10 minutes in pan before removing to rack.

# Notes:

01 - Don't overmix batter.
02 - Foil prevents cheese from over-browning.
