Cheesecake Deviled Strawberries (high Protein) (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 pound fresh strawberries.
02 - 1 cup plain Greek yogurt.
03 - 4 oz cream cheese, soft.
04 - 1-2 tsp lemon juice.
05 - 1 tsp vanilla extract.
06 - 2 tbsp honey.

# Instructions:

01 - Mix Greek yogurt, soft cream cheese, lemon juice, vanilla, and honey in a bowl. Whisk until smooth. Pop in fridge for 15 minutes to firm up.
02 - Wash strawberries and dry them well with a towel.
03 - Cut off the stems and slice berries in half lengthwise. Lay them out on your serving plate.
04 - Use a small knife to scoop a little dip in each berry half.
05 - Put the cream mix in a plastic bag, snip the corner (or use a piping bag), and fill each berry. A spoon works too.
06 - Want extra crunch? Sprinkle with graham crumbs or mini chocolate chips.
07 - For best results, chill 15-20 minutes before serving.
