Mix Greek yogurt, soft cream cheese, lemon juice, vanilla, and honey in a bowl. Whisk until smooth. Pop in fridge for 15 minutes to firm up.

Wash strawberries and dry them well with a towel.

Cut off the stems and slice berries in half lengthwise. Lay them out on your serving plate.

Use a small knife to scoop a little dip in each berry half.

Put the cream mix in a plastic bag, snip the corner (or use a piping bag), and fill each berry. A spoon works too.
