Parmesan Mozzarella Bites (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese.
02 - 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese.
03 - 1 cup all-purpose flour.
04 - 1 teaspoon baking powder.
05 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder.
06 - 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano.
07 - Salt and pepper to taste.
08 - 2 large eggs.
09 - 2 tablespoons milk.
10 - Fresh parsley, chopped (optional).
11 - Marinara sauce for dipping (optional).

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment.
02 - Mix flour, baking powder, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper.
03 - Add mozzarella and Parmesan to dry mix, coat well.
04 - Whisk eggs and milk in separate bowl.
05 - Combine wet and dry mixtures until sticky dough forms.
06 - Roll into 1-tablespoon balls.
07 - Place on baking sheet, bake 12-15 minutes until golden.
08 - Garnish with parsley if desired, serve warm with marinara.
