02 - 2 bell peppers, sliced
03 - 1 onion, diced
04 - 1 bag (regular size) frozen shredded hash browns
05 - 3/4 cup heavy whipping cream

07 - 1/2 cup sour cream
08 - 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
09 - 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)

# Instructions:

01 - In a hot skillet, sauté the sliced smoked sausage with the sliced bell peppers and diced onion until the sausage is browned and the vegetables have softened.
02 - Transfer the cooked sausage and vegetables into a crockpot. Add the frozen shredded hash browns, heavy whipping cream, cheddar cheese soup, sour cream, ranch packet, and shredded cheese. Mix everything thoroughly.
