Cheesy Taco Pasta (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1/2 box (8 oz) pasta shells.
02 - 1 pound ground beef (80/20 preferred).
03 - 1 envelope taco seasoning.
04 - 1 cup water.
05 - 4 ounces cream cheese (1/2 block).
06 - 1 1/2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend).
07 - Optional toppings: Fresh herbs, Salsa, Sour cream.

# Instructions:

01 - Cook pasta according to package.
02 - Meanwhile in pan: Brown ground beef, Drain fat, Add taco seasoning and water, Simmer 5 minutes until reduced.
03 - Cut into small squares, Stir over medium-high heat, Mix until creamy.
04 - Add drained pasta to beef mixture, Stir in 1 cup cheese.
05 - Top with remaining cheese, Bake at 350°F for 5-10 minutes, Add optional toppings.

# Notes:

01 - Stores 3 days in fridge. Can freeze up to 3 months. Reheat with splash of milk if needed. Let cream cheese come to room temperature for smooth sauce.
