Easy Cheesy Taco Sticks (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Filling

01 - Lean ground beef (1 pound)
02 - Taco seasoning mix (1 packet)
03 - Colby jack cheese sticks (5, cut in half)

→ Dough

04 - Refrigerated Pillsbury pizza dough (1 tube)

→ Garlic Butter Topping

05 - Butter (¼ cup, melted)
06 - Garlic powder (1 teaspoon)
07 - Dry parsley (1 teaspoon)

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 425°F and spray baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray
02 - Brown ground beef, drain fat, mix in taco seasoning, set aside to cool
03 - Cut pizza dough in half lengthwise, then cut each half into 5 rectangles for 10 total
04 - Add cooled taco meat and half cheese stick to center of each rectangle
05 - Roll dough over filling and pinch closed to form breadsticks
06 - Mix melted butter with garlic powder and parsley, brush over breadsticks
07 - Bake 10-12 minutes until golden brown, serve hot

# Notes:

01 - Can be served with salsa, sour cream, and guacamole for dipping
02 - Great for dinner, lunch, or after school snacks
03 - Let meat cool before filling to prevent dough from getting soggy
