Cherry Cream Crescents (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 8 ounces cream cheese, softened.
02 - 1 cup confectioners' sugar.
03 - 1 large egg, room temperature, separated.
04 - 2 tubes (8 oz each) crescent rolls.
05 - 1 can (21 oz) cherry pie filling.

# Instructions:

01 - Beat cream cheese, sugar, egg yolk.
02 - Heat oven to 350°F. Grease baking sheets. Separate dough into 16 triangles. Place on sheets.
03 - Spread 1 tablespoon cream mix on short side. Add 1 tablespoon cherry filling. Fold long point over filling. Tuck under dough. Brush with beaten egg white.
04 - 15-20 minutes. Until golden brown.

01 - Best served warm.
02 - Can use any pie filling flavor.
03 - Room temperature eggs blend better.
04 - Makes 16 rolls.
05 - Keep leftovers in fridge up to 3 days.
