Cherry Earl Grey Milk Tea (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Tea Base

01 - Earl Grey tea bag (1, or 1 teaspoon loose leaf)
02 - Water (1 cup)

→ Mix-ins

03 - Milk (½ cup, any type)
04 - Fresh cherries (4-5, pitted and halved)
05 - Vanilla syrup (1-2 teaspoons)

→ Optional Additions

06 - Cinnamon stick (1)
07 - Ice (for cold version)

# Instructions:

01 - Simmer cherries with 2 tablespoons water for 3-5 minutes until soft, mash gently
02 - Steep Earl Grey in 1 cup boiling water for 3-5 minutes, then remove tea bag or strain
03 - Heat milk with softened cherries and optional cinnamon stick, stirring occasionally
04 - Stir vanilla syrup into milk mixture to taste
05 - Pour tea into mug, strain in milk-cherry mixture while pressing cherries to extract juice. Stir well
06 - Serve hot immediately or pour over ice for cold version. Optionally garnish with cherry or cinnamon

01 - Can be served hot or cold
02 - Works with any type of milk
03 - Sweetness can be adjusted to taste
04 - Can be garnished with fresh cherry or cinnamon
