Ranch Chicken Sandwiches (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1-2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts.
02 - 16 ounces cream cheese, cubed.
03 - 2 tablespoons ranch seasoning mix (or 1 packet).
04 - 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded.
05 - 12 slices bacon, cooked and chopped.
06 - 4 scallions, chopped.

# Instructions:

01 - Place chicken breasts in 6-quart slow cooker.
02 - Sprinkle ranch seasoning over chicken.
03 - Add cubed cream cheese on top.
04 - Cook on LOW 6 hours or HIGH 4 hours.
05 - Shred chicken and stir to combine with cream cheese sauce.
06 - Mix in bacon, scallions, and 1½ cups cheddar.
