Chicken and Buttered Noodles (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 pound chicken breasts, cubed.
02 - 1/2 teaspoon onion powder.
03 - 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt.
04 - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper.
05 - 1 teaspoon paprika.
06 - 1 tablespoon olive oil.
07 - 8 ounces small pasta shells.
08 - 1 teaspoon kosher salt.
09 - 3 tablespoons chicken bouillon powder, divided.
10 - 1/2 cup salted butter.
11 - 2 teaspoons minced garlic.
12 - 1/4 cup parmesan cheese.
13 - Fresh parsley for garnish.

# Instructions:

01 - Mix seasonings and coat chicken cubes evenly.
02 - Cook in oil 8-10 minutes until golden and 165°F inside.
03 - Boil pasta in salted water with bouillon until al dente. Reserve 1 cup water.
04 - Melt butter with bouillon, add garlic and cook 1 minute.
05 - Add 1/2 cup pasta water, noodles, and cheese. Stir to coat.
06 - Top pasta with chicken, garnish with parsley and extra parmesan.

01 - Save pasta water for silky sauce.
02 - Pat chicken dry before seasoning.
03 - Add pasta water gradually as needed.
