Easy Chili Lime Chicken (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Chicken & Seasonings

01 - Large chicken breasts (2, about 1-1.2 lbs)
02 - Olive oil (1 tablespoon)
03 - Ground cumin (½ teaspoon)
04 - Paprika (½ teaspoon)
05 - Salt (¼ teaspoon)
06 - Black pepper (¼ teaspoon)

→ Chili Lime Marinade

07 - Olive oil (¼ cup)
08 - Fresh cilantro (½ cup, chopped)
09 - Fresh lime juice (from 1 lime)
10 - Honey (1 tablespoon)
11 - Garlic cloves (2, minced)
12 - Red chili flakes (½ teaspoon)
13 - Red chili pepper (1, thinly sliced)
14 - Pinch of salt

# Instructions:

01 - Combine all marinade ingredients in a bowl and mix well
02 - Slice chicken breasts lengthwise, then cut into smaller pieces. In a large bowl, toss chicken with olive oil, 1 tablespoon marinade, and spices
03 - Heat skillet over medium heat with olive oil. Cook chicken 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway. Near end of cooking, spoon marinade over chicken
04 - Transfer chicken to plate and top with remaining marinade
