Chocolate Banana Bread (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - Coconut oil or canola oil (1/2 cup).
02 - All-purpose flour (1 cup).
03 - White whole wheat flour (2/3 cup plus 1 tablespoon).
04 - Unsweetened cocoa powder (2/3 cup).
05 - Baking soda (1 1/2 teaspoons).
06 - Baking powder (1 teaspoon).
07 - Espresso powder (1 teaspoon, optional).
08 - Ground cinnamon (1/2 teaspoon).
09 - Kosher salt (1/2 teaspoon).
10 - Mashed ripe banana (1 cup/3 medium-large).
11 - Large eggs at room temperature (2).
12 - Non-fat plain Greek yogurt (2/3 cup).
13 - Honey (1/2 cup).
14 - Pure vanilla extract (2 teaspoons).
15 - Dark chocolate chips (1/2 cup plus extra for topping).

# Instructions:

01 - Melt coconut oil and cool to room temperature. Preheat oven to 325°F. Line 9x5-inch loaf pan.
02 - Whisk flours, cocoa, baking soda, baking powder, espresso powder, cinnamon, and salt.
03 - Whisk mashed banana, eggs, yogurt, honey, vanilla, and oil until combined.
04 - Mix wet ingredients into dry until just combined. Fold in chocolate chips.
05 - Pour into pan, top with extra chips. Bake 50-60 minutes until knife comes out clean or internal temperature reaches 195°F.
