Holiday Spritz Cookies (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - Butter, softened (1 cup)
02 - Granulated sugar (2/3 cup)
03 - Egg (1)
04 - Vanilla extract (3/4 teaspoon)
05 - All-purpose flour (2 1/4 cups)
06 - Cocoa powder (1/3 cup)
07 - Salt (1/4 teaspoon)
08 - White and/or dark candy melts (10 ounces)
09 - Holiday sprinkles (3/4 cup)

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oven to 350°F and line baking sheets with parchment paper
02 - Beat butter and sugar until fluffy, then mix in egg, vanilla, flour, cocoa and salt
03 - Load cookie press with dough and press cookies onto prepared sheets
04 - Cook for 5-7 minutes until set. Cool on pan 5 minutes, then transfer to rack
05 - Dip cooled cookies in melted candy coating and add sprinkles. Let set completely
