Christmas Chex Mix (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - Pretzels (2 cups).
02 - Plain Cheerios (2 cups).
03 - Chex rice or corn cereal (3 cups).
04 - Christmas M&M's (1 cup).
05 - White chocolate wafers, Ghirardelli recommended (10 ounces).

# Instructions:

01 - Combine Chex, Cheerios, pretzels and M&M's in a large bowl.
02 - Microwave white chocolate in 30-second increments, stirring between each, until fully melted. Do not overcook.
03 - Pour melted chocolate over mix and stir until everything is well coated.
04 - Spread mixture on wax or parchment paper and allow to harden for at least 15 minutes.

# Notes:

01 - Stores at room temperature for 3 days.
02 - Can be frozen for up to 3 months.
