Kitchen Sink Cookies (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 3/4 cup salted butter, softened.
02 - 3/4 cup light brown sugar, packed.
03 - 1/4 cup granulated white sugar.
04 - 2 egg yolks, room temperature.
05 - 2 teaspoons vanilla bean paste or extract.
06 - 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour.
07 - 1/2 teaspoon baking powder.
08 - 1/2 teaspoon baking soda.
09 - 1/2 teaspoon salt.
10 - 1/2 cup red and green M&M's.
11 - 1/3 cup white chocolate chips.
12 - 1/3 cup pretzel pieces.
13 - 1/3 cup potato chip pieces.
14 - 2 tablespoons red and green jimmies.

# Instructions:

01 - Line baking sheets and bring eggs to room temperature.
02 - Cream butter and sugars for 2 minutes. Add yolks and vanilla, then mix for 2 minutes. Add dry ingredients. Fold in mix-ins gently.
03 - Scoop dough into 20 balls. Space them 2 inches apart on baking sheets. Optional: add extra toppings on top.
04 - Bake for 10-12 minutes. Optional: shape warm cookies with a cookie cutter. Cool on the sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a rack for 10 minutes.
