Churro Saltine Toffee (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 40 Saltine crackers.
02 - 1 cup unsalted butter.
03 - 1 cup light brown sugar.
04 - 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract.
05 - 1/8 teaspoon salt.
06 - 12 ounces white chocolate chips.
07 - 1/4 cup granulated sugar.
08 - 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon.

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 400°F. Line baking sheet with foil and spray with cooking spray. Arrange Saltines on sheet. Mix sugar and cinnamon in bowl.
02 - Boil butter and brown sugar in saucepan for 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat, add vanilla and salt.
03 - Pour toffee mixture over crackers. Spread evenly to cover all crackers.
04 - Bake 5 minutes. Rearrange crackers if needed. Do not touch hot toffee.
05 - Sprinkle white chocolate chips over hot toffee. Let melt, then spread. Return to oven 1 minute if needed for melting.
06 - Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar mixture. Let set 1 hour before breaking apart.

01 - Warning: toffee is extremely hot.
02 - White chocolate may need extra time to melt.
