Cinnamon Snowball Cookies (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup butter, softened.
02 - ½ cup powdered sugar.
03 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
04 - 2 cups all-purpose flour.
05 - 4 ounces very finely chopped pecans.
06 - ¼ teaspoon salt.
07 - ¾ cup powdered sugar.
08 - 1 teaspoon cinnamon.

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 375°F. Mix cinnamon sugar coating and set aside.
02 - Beat butter, powdered sugar and vanilla until fluffy. Mix in flour, pecans and salt until combined.
03 - Form 1½ tablespoon dough balls and place 1 inch apart on baking sheet.
04 - Bake 9-12 minutes. Cool 5 minutes on sheet.
05 - Roll warm cookies in cinnamon-sugar mixture to coat completely.

# Notes:

01 - Can use walnuts instead of pecans.
02 - Freezes well.
03 - Keeps 3 days at room temp.
