Cinnamon Snowball Cookies

# Ingredients:

1 cup butter, softened.

½ cup powdered sugar.
03 -
1 teaspoon vanilla extract.

2 cups all-purpose flour.

4 ounces very finely chopped pecans.
06 -
¼ teaspoon salt.

¾ cup powdered sugar.
08 -
1 teaspoon cinnamon.
# Instructions:
01 -
Preheat oven to 375°F. Mix cinnamon sugar coating and set aside.

Beat butter, powdered sugar and vanilla until fluffy. Mix in flour, pecans and salt until combined.

Form 1½ tablespoon dough balls and place 1 inch apart on baking sheet.
04 -
Bake 9-12 minutes. Cool 5 minutes on sheet.
05 -
Roll warm cookies in cinnamon-sugar mixture to coat completely.

Can use walnuts instead of pecans.

Freezes well.
03 -
Keeps 3 days at room temp.
