Combine warm milk, sugar, and yeast in a large mixing bowl. Let stand 5-10 minutes until frothy. Add melted butter, eggs, vanilla, and salt. Gradually mix in flour until soft dough forms.

Knead dough on floured surface 8-10 minutes until smooth and elastic. Place in greased bowl, cover, and let rise 1-2 hours until doubled.

Roll dough into rectangle (1/4 inch thick). Brush with butter, sprinkle with cinnamon-sugar mixture. Roll tightly into log and cut into 12 pieces.

Place rolls in greased baking dish. Cover and let rise 30-45 minutes. Bake at 350°F for 20-25 minutes until golden. Brush with melted butter immediately.
