Heat oven to 350°F.

Line cookie sheet. Use parchment paper.

Scoop 1 tablespoon portions, space 2 inches apart, flatten with spoon. Add seasonings if using.

Bake for 40-50 minutes until edges are dark brown and surface is golden brown. Check at 35 minutes.

Cool completely. Let set for 20-30 minutes. Store in airtight container.
