Cottage Cheese Chips (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup (256g) whole milk cottage cheese (4% milkfat).
02 - Optional seasonings: Everything bagel seasoning, Salt and pepper, Ranch powder.

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oven to 350°F.
02 - Line cookie sheet. Use parchment paper.
03 - Scoop 1 tablespoon portions, space 2 inches apart, flatten with spoon. Add seasonings if using.
04 - Bake for 40-50 minutes until edges are dark brown and surface is golden brown. Check at 35 minutes.
05 - Cool completely. Let set for 20-30 minutes. Store in airtight container.

# Notes:

01 - Use high-protein cottage cheese for best crunch. Watch closely at end to avoid burning.
02 - Chips soften at room temp - eat within hours or store in fridge.
