In a mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese and self-rising flour. Stir with a spoon or spatula until the mixture forms a soft, sticky dough. If the dough is too sticky to handle, add more flour, one tablespoon at a time, until manageable.

Lightly flour a clean surface and turn the dough out onto it. Divide the dough into 4 equal portions. Using a rolling pin or your hands, gently flatten each portion into a round or oval shape, about 1/4-inch thick.
