Cowboy Butter (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1/2 cup (113g) unsalted butter, softened
02 - 1 tablespoon coarse Dijon mustard
03 - 1 tablespoon fresh chives, chopped
04 - 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
05 - 2 teaspoons fresh thyme
06 - 2 teaspoons minced garlic
07 - 1 teaspoon lemon juice
08 - 1/2 teaspoon paprika
09 - 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
10 - 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
11 - 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
12 - 1/8 teaspoon red pepper flakes

# Instructions:

01 - Combine softened butter with all seasonings and herbs until well mixed
02 - Roll in plastic wrap into a log shape and chill 2 hours until firm
03 - Melt mixture in 20-second bursts in microwave until liquid
04 - Keep in airtight container in fridge up to 5 days

01 - Can be used as spread or dip
02 - Makes about 2/3 cup
03 - Can mix in food processor
