Cowboy Potato Casserole (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 lb ground beef, browned and drained.
02 - 1/4 cup diced onion (frozen).
03 - 1 tsp pepper.
04 - 1 tsp salt.
05 - 1 can cream of mushroom soup.
06 - 1 lb frozen diced hash browns.
07 - 1 can diced tomatoes with liquid.
08 - 1 cup frozen corn.
09 - 1 can kidney beans, drained.
10 - 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese.

# Instructions:

01 - Place all ingredients except cheese in a 6 quart crockpot and stir well to combine.
02 - Cover and cook on high for 4 hours or on low for 7-8 hours.
03 - Uncover crockpot, sprinkle shredded cheese over top, cover again and cook for an additional 30 minutes.
04 - Top with your favorite toppings and serve hot.
