Crab Pasta Salad (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 pound medium shells pasta
02 - 14 ounces imitation crab meat
03 - 1/2 cup frozen peas, thawed
04 - 1/2 cup red onion, chopped
05 - 1/2 cup celery, chopped
06 - 1/2 cup red bell pepper, chopped
07 - 3/4 cup mayonnaise
08 - 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
09 - Salt and pepper to taste
10 - Fresh chives for garnish

# Instructions:

01 - Boil pasta in salted water until al dente. Drain and rinse with cold water.
02 - Combine pasta, crab, vegetables, mayo and dill in large bowl until well mixed.
03 - Add salt and pepper to taste.
04 - Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour.
05 - Garnish with fresh chives and serve cold.

01 - Can make ahead.
02 - Keeps 3 days refrigerated.
03 - Great for potlucks.
