Crab Rangoon Egg Rolls (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 tsp garlic powder
02 - 0.5 lb crab meat, flaked, cooked
03 - 0.5 tsp onion powder
04 - 16 oz cream cheese, softened
05 - 3 green onions, chopped
06 - 1-2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
07 - 8 egg roll wrappers
08 - Oil for frying

# Instructions:

01 - Mix together the onion powder, Worcestershire sauce, cream cheese, garlic powder, and green onions until well combined.
02 - Fold the crab meat into the mixture.
03 - Add 3 tablespoons of the mixture to the center of each of the egg roll wrappers. Fold in the ends of the egg roll wrappers and roll closed tightly, using a little water to seal the seam closed when done.
04 - Heat a few inches of oil in a deep-sided pot or skillet until it reaches 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
05 - Fry the egg rolls until golden brown and crispy.
06 - Drain on a paper towel-lined plate before serving.
