Crack Burger (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1.5 lbs ground beef (80/20 blend).
02 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese.
03 - 1/4 cup sour cream.
04 - 1/2 cup bacon crumbles (6 strips).
05 - 2 tablespoons ranch seasoning.
06 - 6 cheese slices.
07 - 6 brioche hamburger buns.
08 - Burger sauce.
09 - Caramelized onions.
10 - Pickles.

# Instructions:

01 - Cook bacon until crispy, crumble, set aside.
02 - Mix in bowl: Ground beef, Shredded cheddar, Sour cream, Ranch seasoning, Bacon crumbles.
03 - Form into 6 quarter-pound patties.
04 - Cook on preheated griddle: 5 minutes first side, 4 minutes second side, Add cheese slice, cover 1 minute.
05 - Serve on brioche buns with desired toppings.
