Mix mayonnaise, Parmesan, Ranch seasoning, garlic powder, and onion powder until smooth.

Coat each tender in mayo mixture, then dredge in crushed Ritz crackers, pressing to adhere.

Place tenders on prepared baking sheet with space between. Bake 20-25 minutes until golden and internal temperature reaches 165°F.
