Crispy Ranch Crack Chicken Tenders (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main

01 - 1 pound chicken tenders

→ Coating Mix

02 - ½ cup mayonnaise
03 - ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
04 - 1 packet Ranch seasoning mix
05 - ½ teaspoon garlic powder
06 - ½ teaspoon onion powder

→ Crust

07 - 1 cup Ritz crackers, crushed

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 375°F. Line baking sheet with parchment paper or grease lightly.
02 - Mix mayonnaise, Parmesan, Ranch seasoning, garlic powder, and onion powder until smooth.
03 - Coat each tender in mayo mixture, then dredge in crushed Ritz crackers, pressing to adhere.
04 - Place tenders on prepared baking sheet with space between. Bake 20-25 minutes until golden and internal temperature reaches 165°F.
05 - Let cool slightly before serving with favorite dipping sauce.
