Crack Corn Casserole (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 spoons butter.
02 - 2 packs (12 oz each) frozen corn.
03 - 1 pack ranch mix.
04 - 1 pack (8 oz) cream cheese, cut up.
05 - 1 cup bacon bits or 4 cooked bacon strips.
06 - 2 cups shredded cheese, split.

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oven to 350°.
02 - Melt butter in big pan.
03 - Cook corn 5-7 minutes till soft.
04 - Mix in cream cheese till melty.
05 - Add ranch and bacon. Stir good.
06 - Take off heat. Mix in 1 cup cheese.
07 - Put in baking dish.
08 - Top with rest of cheese.
09 - Bake 20-30 minutes till bubbly.

# Notes:

01 - Good make-ahead dish.
02 - Add jalapeños if you like heat.
03 - Heats up nice later.
